Wow What a day!

Today started as a pretty mundane day. Then the dog got stung by a wasp and I spent some time trying to figure out how to handle that and get rid of the wasps in our yard. The dog did not show any signs of being allergic to bees/wasps and I finally called a friend who is a "bug guy" and found out what I have to buy to get rid of the wasps. Of course, now I can't remember was it is.

I then went to pay the water bill and found out that Montague is having a city wide yard sale on August 22nd. But because it is not a city thing (?) they had no information about it. So I went on a hunt to figure out who did have the information and discovered that little ol' Montague has a resource center and they are the ones sponsoring the yard sale. I signed up and paid the fee now I have a deadline to get all this stuff ready to be gone. YEAH!

I also found out that Montague is having water and sewer issues and the only way the city can think to fix it is to raise the rates from about $45 a month to $135 a month starting January first. THAT IS INSANE!

The new DSL provider contacted me and I should be switched over to them in about 7 days. As soon as I learn how good or bad they are I will post their information here so you can maybe get lower priced DSL service too.

All that excitement and nothing got accomplished today at all. OH, I have lost 10 pounds. Not that you could notice it but it is gone. If you find it please don not return it. I have plenty to spare.
